Giving Back with Employee Giving

Our employee giving program is one of the easiest ways to give back to our community. Over 20 local businesses and thousands of employees work together to improve the quality of life in our community by making tax-deductible gifts every month.

Through our employee giving program, a payroll deduction is established so employees can make an automatic, ongoing donation of an amount of their choice to The Summit Foundation. If contributions exceed an agreed upon amount, participating businesses may earn a transferable ski pass for use by their participating employees.

In 2019, more than 2,000 employees contributed more than $340,000 (including company matching gifts) to The Summit Foundation through payroll deduction programs at these businesses.
